This class is available for anyone who has attended the Edge to Edge Quilting on Your Embroidery Machine Demonstration class with Leah Miller. Using the Amelie Scott Designs sets, you will bring your own project and learn to quilt on your own embroidery machine quilting design while rehooping to create edge to edge quilting, with Leah's help, of course!
Can’t wait to see everyone in class for part 2. For the class you will need the following:
- Quilt top measuring 38 x 38, your batting and backing both measuring 44 x 44. You can use one piece or a pieced quilt top. This is only practice so it is ok either way.
- You will need quilt top, batting, and backing piece sandwiched together and pinned.
- Scrap border strip of fabric to baste on the sides. Approx. 5” wide
- Sewing bobbin case
- Marking pen
- Ruler
- Needles to hide your thread tails
- Scissors
- Embroidery tape
- 90/14 needles
- Tweezers
- Minimum 6 x 10 hoop
- Templates if you prefer to use them
- Thread to blend with your quilt top
- 4 pre wound bobbins of your top thread.
- Memory stick with the “plain” design from the book loaded on it
