Have you always wanted to learn how to quilt? If so, this is a great class for beginning quilters. From cutting to piecing and sewing, our quilting expert will provide you the basic knowledge to get you on your journey to successful quilting. You will be assembling a Dresden Pillow using your new quilting skills.

Sewing machine in good working order
Basic knowledge of threading the machine and selecting and adjusting stitches
Basic sewing supplies like:
Scissors
Thread

Seam ripper
Pins
Walking foot for your machine
¼ “ foot for your machine
Quilting size 14 needles
Microtex size 12 needles
Quilting bar for walking foot or Frixion Pen
Rotary cutter
Fabric (Must be turned into All Brands 5 days before the class)
¾ yard for border and backing
Fat quarter for background
Fat quarter of same background material or muslin for inside
pieces of coordinating fabrics at least 12” X 7” for fan blades
(1) 4 1/2 X 9” fabric for center
6”X13” pieces of fabric for prairie points
20” X 20” piece of batting
Optional:
18” X 24” or 24” X 36” cutting mat
Long ruler
