A functional and creative handbag with 2 large front pockets and a secure recessed zipper. The inside pockets are a dream for keeping items organized and easily within reach. Once you've learned how to create this marvelous handbag, you'll want to make one for every season!

**This is a 2 day class!**
DO NOT CUT FABRIC PRIOR TO CLASS
Supply List:
Pattern
1 yard feature fabric for front pocket, bag back, inside pockets, and handles
1/2 yard front of bag and pocket lining
1/2 yard bag lining
Thread to match your selected fabric (each piece must have its own color thread)
(2) Wound bobbins of selected thread
1/2 yard fusible foam
3/4 yard medium weight fusible (1 side only) interfacing
20 or 24” single pull zipper By Annie. A dress zipper is not wide enough
Other supplies needed:
Sewing Machine in good working order and knowledge on how to use it

Rotary cutter
scissors
erasable pen
pencil - regular
clips - this is important
pins
24" ruler
smaller ruler (3.5"x12.5" or 18") if you have one
Portable steam iron and iron mat, if you have one
Hint: Plan to come to class early and press your fabric!
