Serger Club - November 2023
SERGER CROCHET, TASSELS and BRAID. This month we will cover more fun and decorative things our sergers can do. Add serger crochet (or lace) to a project, make tassels or make your own braid to dress up your projects, With all the decorative threads that are available, the possibilities are endless.
PROJECT: Convert a plain sweatshirt into a one-of-a-kind, gorgeous jacket embellished by your serger. The project sweatshirt uses serger braid and serger made plaid “fabric” on the front and serger crochet panels down the center of each sleeve.
This is a lecture/demonstration club. No need to bring your serger. Handouts covering the demonstrated material and the project are provided.
