Tisket Tasket Basket
Tisket-A-Tasket come make this cute carry-all basket. Choose creative fabric from team sports, holiday, classic, or children's fabric to fill with items as a great gift.
This very easy and quick project will give you the experience of sewing with fusible flex foam and fabric to make a stand alone bag. You will be provided with the large size pattern, but can be made in the future from extra small to extra large using Martelli templates. This is a great class for beginners to experienced sewers. Come join the class as we create these cute carry all baskets.
Supplies:
- 5/8 yard fabric (for exterior)
- 5/8 yard fabric (for lining)
- 1-sided fusible foam 20x45
- Matching bobbin and top stitching thread
- wonder clips or pins (clips are easier to work with)
- Rotary cutter and scissors
- Cutting mat
Pattern will be provided in class
**note: you will need additional fabric yardage if you choose directional fabric! I suggest the first time doing this bag not to choose directional fabric.
