5 Step Tote Bag
Beginner friendly class!
This bag is sew pretty and fun to make you’ll wanna make both!! It makes up very fast!
It can be a Christmas gift or you can use it as a gift bag!!
Supply list:
If you want vinyl on the bottom:
3/4 yard main fabric
1/2 yard double side fusible foam interfacing
2 1/2 yards webbing
1/4 yard vinyl (or precut vinyl at least 18” by 11”)
If you want the entire bag out of vinyl:
2 pieces vinyl 18” by 12 1/2”
2 pieces vinyl 18” by 5 1/2”
2 1/2 yards webbing
Notions:
sewing machine in good working order and knowledge on how to use it
1/4 inch or 1/2 inch double sided basting tape
6" by 24” ruler (or whatever you have available)
Sewing clips
Thread
#80 microtex sharp machine needle
Teflon presser foot (if you have one)
