NECESSARY:
1. Pattern: Redwood Tote by Noodlehead (available at All Brands)
2. Fabric: (see pattern for quantities)
- Canvas for exterior (light or mid weight)
- Quilting Cotton for accent & lining
Fusible Interfacing SF 101, 2” stiff fusible for bag base
3. Zipper (6” and 12” or ‘by the yard’) by Annies or Pam Damour
4. 1” Hardware – 2 D rings, 2 swivel clasps, 1 strap slider
5. Sewing Machine in good working order, bobbins, manual.
6. Zipper Foot
7. Thread color of choice, 100% Polyester
8. Needles – NEW Microtex, size 90/14
9. Basic sewing stuff: rotary cutter, pins, clips, scissors, seam ripper,
Frixion erasable pen

OPTIONAL:
- Rivets small for accent and larger for securing strap tabs – this makes
the strap placement WAY easier!
- Leather or Web Straps
- Thread snips (I use Gypsy brand)
- Stiletto – I love this tool!
- Cutting mat and ruler (the shop has these available)
- Sewing tape or ‘Steam a Seam’

BEFORE CLASS: IMPORTANT!!
- Cut out all fabric/interfacing as per pattern pgs. 3-5.
- The pattern has convenient cutting labels.
- Fuse on interfacing as per pattern pg. 5
