Rope Tote

Prerequisite: This class requires understanding of sewing on rope. We will not be teaching the basics in this class.

You will need to sign up for class with All Brands and choose your color of 5/16 rope. 1 spoolette will make the Shop Tote Sample measuring approximately 5 inches long, 9 inches wide and 7 inches tall using about 25 yards. 
Your spoolette will allow to make a larger bag or multiple bags. All Brands will need to know by June 15th in order to have your rope in time for class.


Supply List:
- Sewing Machine (in good working order which has the ability to Zig-Zag preferably up to 7)
    - For your success in this class you will need a good working knowledge of your machine.
- Thread 50 WT (available at All Brands Sewing Center with class discount 15% off).
o White
o Variegated
o Color of your choice
o Matching bobbins at least 3 (The bobbin is the thread color that will show on the out side to the tote)
- The usual sewing supplies (clips, pins, scissors, seam ripper, lightweight glue stick, etc.)
- Sewing foot:
o “N” Foot or ZIG-ZAG Foot
o If you don’t have a “N” foot you can use an open toe foot
Fabric strips ¼ to ½ inch of you’re your choice (optional)
