Autumn Splendor Block of the Month

Supplies available at All Brands Sewing Center for 15% off (class discount!)

Month One preparation: 
- Read pattern General Information
- select fabrics and glue small samples in Alternative Fabric Key (page 3 of General Information).

Cutting instructions for Month One:
- cut AND label all pieces required for Month One (see pattern for Month One, page 5)
AT MINIMUM have cut: (1) 5.5" square, (4) 3" squares (this can be sample fabrics, if desired).



Supplies needed:
- Pattern
- Fabrics (see pattern General Instructions for the fabric list and helpful hints)
- Deb Tucker's Studio 180 tools 
       - the tools will be used at various times throughout the months. They can be purchased when first used. 

       - Month One: Wing Clipper I & Quilter's Magic Wand
       - Month Two: Square Squared
       - Month Three: Tucker Trimmer I & Lemoyne Star
       - Month Four: Corner Beam
       - Month Five: Four Patch Square Up
       - Month Six: V Block

- sewing supplies and notions
  - your sewing machine in good working order and knowledge on how to use it
  - usual sewing notions (scissors, snips, pins, etc)
  - fine tipped fabric marking pens
  - highlighter pen
  - rotary cutter
  - small ruler (your favorite, such as a 6"x12")
  - labels (recommend adhesive, such as mailing labels)
  - notebook: 3 ring binder, tabs, zipper pocket
