Begin to Sew
Are you new to sewing or feel like you are lacking in basic sewing skills? Want to learn how to sew or need a refresher class? This is the class you need!
In this class, we will go over the basics of a mechanical machine, learn terminology, walk around the store and talk about fabric – how it is measured (WOF, fat quarters, etc), along with notions and thread.
During this four hour session, you will also make a bowl cozy. You will review the pattern & template, trace and cut out pattern pieces, and sew it up!
Everything is provided with this class, including the machine, notions, and supplies.
Minimum age 16 years old, with the understanding that this is an adult class.
