Sew It's in the Bag - Project Tote!

Leslie made adaptations to this FREE Accuquilt pattern. You can make your bag almost any size you want. She used a zipper instead of a flap!

WARNING:
If you cut your fabric the sizes they say, you will end up with an 11"x13" size bag, but NOT the 16"x18.5" stated finished size. 

Instead of a flap, Leslie used a decorative or "fancy" zipper and she also added a handle. These were easy changes. She based the tote size on her zipper - she used a 16" zipper, so the bag came out around 14"x15.5". 

Supply List:
fabric - see pattern for details
Small or travel sewing machine in good working order and knowledge on how to use it
sewing threads and bobbins
Marking pen
pins
usual sewing notions (scissors, seam ripper, snips, etc)

IF you do NOT have a small sewing machine, you may borrow a classroom machine for this class. BUT, you must still bring your sewing supplies, thread, and a class 15 bobbin for the machine. If you need to borrow a machine, you must let us know ahead of time. There is a limited number of machines available!
