Foundation Paper Piecing

Join Karen DuMont of KariePatch Designs in learning the easy technique of foundation paper piecing! Piecing using a paper foundation eliminates time and error. It ensures that points are always perfect and will save time in making templates. This is a perfect method to use on half square triangles, flying geese, trees, houses, etc. The pattern we will be using in class is easy and does not have a lot of very small pieces.

Karen will show a couple of quilts that she has completed along with various other blocks. She will also provide copies of other blocks that can be printed on foundation paper.

We will be making a simple block called “Vertigo”.
